Not sure what to say?

Conte Family,
I too was a classmate of Nick's at SUNY Albany and a fellow Potter Club member. I was lucky to spend some time with Nick at the football game on reunion weekend this past October. We had a good time reminiscing about the "old days". You should take pride in the many kind thoughts and rememberances expressed here. Nick was a genuine great guy. My sincere condolences.

Regretfully I only saw Nick twice in the last 25 years. During our college days Nick was always the Big Brother that had my back. I admirered Nick for his loyalty, his patience and understanding. He was a true friend. I will always remember #86, My Big Brother.

Dear Conte Family, I'm so sorry for your loss, Mr. Conte was my guidence consular at Albany High (98), and if it wasn't for him i may not have gradeuated, he was a great man who was always fair and understanding. He will greatly missed.

Dear Conte Family - I have so many great memories of Nick going back to college and Albany High School that it would be impossible to single one out. Although it has been several years since I had seen him, I always counted him as one of my dearest friends. My deepest symapathy to you all.

Nick was a great teammate and a wonderful fan of UALbany. He will be missed.

i remember Nick with great affection. He lived life to the fullest without complaining or self pity. Mary, Joe and Kerry, you are in my thoughts and prayers. "When you part from your friend, you grieve not for that which you loved most in him is clearer in his absence as the mountain to the climber is clearer from the plain."
Kahil Gibran

To the Conte Family, Nick was a true gentleman. He was a pleasure to take care... So very sorry to hear of his passing. God Bless.....

Joe & Kerry,
Many good memories of Nick as a fellow Potter Club Alum and roommate of Nick's at the Elk Street apartment. Got my first taste of Utica Club thanks to him.

Dear Conte Family: I was one of the privileged to have been able to officiate many girls' basketball games with Nick. We had tons of fun and may laughs on our road trips. He was a GREAT Friend and fellow official. May he be watching over all of us and helping us make the right calls.
