In memory of my dear Uncle and Godfather. I will always remember how you brought me Hershey bars on "card night" at my house! It seems like such a simple thing but you always made me feel special. I loved being at your house and can remember visiting at Christmas when I was very young. Aunt Lena's food was wonderful! Thoughts of you are all happy and loving and you will always be in my thoughts and in my heart. Your niece, Stephanie

On November 19th, 2004 all of our lives were changed forever. My mother lost her Husband of 67 years, my Brothers and I lost our Father. A Grandfather, a Brother and an Uncle is now gone from our lives.

We all lost a friend and a very special person in our lives. A loving and giving man who always put family first. My father was devoted to his children and grandchildren he taught us how to love and how important it is to forgive.

Remembering Uncle Nick is remembering my most wonderful childhood memories.

The countless times spent at Aunt Lena and Uncle Nick’s home filled with family, laughter, food, and never-ending love. Grandpop John was the center figure in all these gatherings but as I look back, I truly know that Aunt Lena and Uncle Nick were the “worker bees” making the wheels turn smoothly and making every get-together seem so effortless.
