Mr. Eddy was a kind and accepting father figure in my high school years, and a very bright light for all who had the privilege of being near him. May he rest in peace and may his beautiful family find comfort during this time. Sending love!

Nick Eddy and his awesome family were my neighbors in Lapeer, Michigan. I attended Catholic School with his children and enjoyed knowing each of you back then. My condolences to the Eddy family, his wife and all of you guys. May our Lord watch over all of you in this difficult time.

Nick was a world class individual dedicated to God, family,and Notre Dame. He was an inspiration to countless young men through out America.

Nick was a thoughtful mentor and treasured friend to all his fellow Notre Dame alumni in the San Joaquin region. His years of volunteer leadership and dedicated service to our communities will be long remembered, and he will be greatly missed. "Vita, Dulcedo, Spes" to Nick, most loyal son of Notre Dame.
