Not sure what to say?

I really do not know what to say --- I am crying --- He would understand

I knew Nick when he was president of Frazee Industries. I worked as their outside loss prevention specialist. I spent most of my time with his brother Bob. It was clear they were close so I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to Bob and the rest of the family. Nick was a passionate businessman and was really in his elliment as President? I remember when they sold the family business and remained to manage the company. It was never the same after they left after their contract was up.

I met Nick during the time he had a condo in Deer Valley, Utah. He was a great man. May he rest in peace.

Bob Nunes

Dear Nick and family,
I'm so sorry he is gone. He was a wonderful boy and love to me, freshman year at Stanford, as were his father visiting San Francisco, and always his sister Lee Ann. I saw him once again years later at the Claremont graduation of my son, Bob McKeen, probably in 1982, where Nick was a trustee.
Best to all of Nick's family, Estelle Knowland

Swiftsure entering Honolulu 1975

I am so sorry to receive this news. A kinder man and more devoted husband I've never met. He gave me a gift few others in this world could have. It was our family boat that was sunk by a whale in the 1975 Transpac Race and it was my mother and brothers Nick brought back to me while I sat on the dock in Honolulu having just heard the news our boat had sunk on the news. I reconnected with Nick while writing my memoir that included this story of true heroism. We've been emailing for years...

Rest in peace, Nick. I remember the many days that my husband Chris and I would share the pavilion at Silverado with Nick and Leslie and your family. Condolences to the family for loss of both Nick and Leslie.

Rest in peace. We will all miss you

I haven't seen Nick in years, but when I see this picture his wonderful smile has not changed. I had the privilege of working with both Nick and Bob from 1977 -1985 when the paint company was taking off. I loved my time there and couldn't have worked for a better kinder and more compassionate person than Nick. He will be missed but it does put a smile on my face to know that he and Leslie are together. My love goes out to the beautiful Frazee family!
