Not sure what to say?

Mr G was my social studies teacher at Memorial in 1978 . His "stories" taught us more about life than any class could. He was always happy, smiling and positive. He was and always will be one of my favorite teachers. Thank you for being you Mr G....Linda

We are so saddened by the loss of our dear cousin, Nick. I remember many visits to Manchester as a child with my parents who wanted to hold onto our Greek roots (Mount Olympus region) with the Gabardina Family. Nick was so loved by so many. Everywhere we went with him, he was approached with a kind word. He left behind a love of family, sports, and a wonderful career that he enjoyed thoroughly. We miss him already but will hold onto countless happy memories shared with him.

RIP Coach. Though I always was on an opposing team, having played at Bradley and Sweeney, I always admired him as a person and coach. He had such an impact on so many in Manchester. A wonderful and caring person whether you were on his teams or not.

Truly a beautiful caring man! Words like generous, loyal, gifted just begin to scratch the surface. An incredible memory, that knew many and could entertain all with a lifetime of stories and events. Mostly, I thank God that we were friends and I got a chance to meet an angel.

Uncle Nick to many including my own children, myself and brothers was such a kind and gentle man. A man with many more stories than time to share them all.

I can remember him coming to the house with a dozen doughnuts on weekend mornings and would spend the morning rehashing whatever ball games had played the previous night with my father. Additionally, he would also bring a beautiful story of family for my mother.

He shared his love of Greek pastries with my...

We have lost a great man who inspired myself and many others with his love, compassion and discipline for his students and athletes. May god bless him and his family. REST IN PEACE COACH!

Nick will forever be remembered for his kindness and how he was always there for every kid. He didn't have "children," but any kid he touched was his child. I knew you from Post 79, then as a coach at West as I covered your games for the Union Leader. You were a great man and the legacy you built shaped so many lives. You will be missed by all.

Condolences to the family and friends of a great coach and teacher. Made a huge impact on my life, as he did with many others. Numerous Nick stories, of course. Names will be mentioned. Post 79? Absolutely. RIP big guy. More later. Thank you for all of us who had the honor to play for you. May your memory live for ever.

Mr. G You will be missed. I enjoyed having you as a teacher and as a friend. Will never forget the trips to England and Mexico.
