Wise Funeral Home - Bonham Obituary

Nicholas Ryan Kenyon (Noah Joseph Ford) was born on May 31, 1996 to Damian Kenyon and Casey Shipp. He passed from this life April 7, 2021, at age 24, from injuries sustained in a traffic accident.

Visitation will be Thursday April 15, 2021 at Wise Funeral Home in Bonham from 6pm-8pm and funeral services will be Friday April 16, 2021 at Wise Funeral Chapel at 2pm.

Nick (Noah) was a young man with a love of life and a heart for music. It is only fitting that he was known by two names- as one just simply could not sum up his spirit. Even as a baby, he was our cowboy-loving his hats and boots and bonding with animals. He was raised in Lake Eufaula, Oklahoma, where he

was home schooled and attended summer camps at Royal C. Ranch. He was a member of the Lindsey Chapel Baptist Church. He had a love for music and was an accomplished guitar player and song writer. The joy of his life was his family, from his siblings, his aunts and uncles, numerous cousins, his friends; but most importantly his two children- they were the love of his life. Although his life was complicated, he remained strong in his faith and was recently rebaptized at Sherman Bible Church, and we rejoice in knowing that he was reunited with brother, Zachary Hodge and a host of family.

Surviving him are mother, Casey (Shipp) Jacobs, father, Damian Kenyon, grandmothers Sheila Jacobs and Waynette Kenyon, Uncles Tim Kenyon and Allen Shipp, Aunts Mirra Horton and Christeen Wilson, siblings Titus Ford, Anastasia Kenyon, Skyler Kenyon, Nicholas Kenyon, Benjamin Ford, Jaccob Ford, Rebekah Grantham, Elizabeth Grantham, Chris Swink, and Levi Grantham, a host of cousins and nieces and nephews, and of course the loves of his life- a young daughter and son.

Not sure what to say?

So terribly sorry for your loss. God bless the family with peace of heart, and encircling arms of comfort.

Whenever he went for Jonathan’s dedication he told us “ I’m related to Elvis” and there was when he told me bye he said “bye sadies’ sister”

We present this guestbook to you with deepest compassion and with our sincerest expression of sympathy.
