Not sure what to say?

I worked for Susie Lawrence for many years. Nick was always kind to me. My husband and I enjoyed his radio program. Susie and I were good friends. Nick has been missed by many.

Still miss Nick, and will continue to do so. What a heritage he leaves behind!

I had the pleasure of singing with Nick in the Lexington Singers for many years, as a member of the chorus as well as in small ensembles. I always called him, "Tricky Nick" because he was so witty and seemed to always have a "trick" up his sleeve. He became friends with my brother, Hal Leet, when they both worked at WUKY and Hal thought very highly of him. He will be sorely missed by friends and family, as well as the whole Lexington arts community. My heart goes out to his wonderful...

Nick was a magnetic voice that kept us riveted to the Curtains@8 WUKY art show he run for years. I had a privilege to be invited to produce a show with Nick about Krakovian artists, being a native of Krakow, Poland. It also garnered Amicus Poloniae Award for Nick. He was an inspiration. Nick’s forte was to interview artists...

Enjoyed working with Nick for years at WUKY, and will miss his commanding voice, his love for music, and his witty sense of humor. Nick will be missed by all. Heartfelt condolences to Susie and the family.

A man of our times, with talent and so much to offer the world around him.

RIH Nick. Joining that heavenly choir. A talented, amazing and gentle giant. You will be missed by many. So privileged to have worked with you at WUKY.

It has been a true privilege and honor to be a friend and part of your “Greater Family “ for 40+ years!
Love to Suz & Family
