Not sure what to say?

From the time I was in Grade School until he closed his offices almost 50 years later, Nick was the ONLY Lawyer that I ever went to in any time of need. He helped with the little problems and the big ones and never made you feel as though you were not important.
Nick was one of an era of lawyers that you could call Gentleman Lawyers. It is getting harder and harder to find a lawyer that will treat you as someone in need rather than just the means to another paycheck.
Nick was...

Thelma: I Last spoke with you and Sylvia in Wtvl Shaws a few years ago - my condolences on your loss of Nick. Our local newspaper notice of his death brought to memory a trip and pleasant visit to your NY home with Joe,Sylvia,Gerry,Jeannie and myself over 50 years ago.
Frederick "Rick" Denico - Vassalboro, Maine.

Thelma and Family: I was saddened to hear that Nick had passed. He taught me so much for which I will forever be indebted to him. The most important lesson I believe was that we, as lawyers, have an obligation to practice as gentlemen. This is an "old school" notion and is all too often forgotten, but I have always tried to practice as he did, treating everyone with the same respect, from the clerks all the way up to the appellate judges.

Ed

Dear Thelma, Leon and Fran, Linda and Vanessa, Patti and Lindsay,
Thinking of you during this time and of the many wonderful days in the company of your family. Nick was the center of all. With love, Paula

My sympathies for your loss.
Thoughts are with you in this time.

Nick helped me make a medical decision that saved my life and quality of life. He represented me in a legal matter that other attorneys would not take; it was too difficult and not lucrative enough for them. He was a great man. My deepest condolences to the family.

To the family: As you grieve of sadness may the "hearer of prayer" help you to endure this time of sorrow and grant you peace. My deepest condolences. (Psalms 65:2)

Mrs. Morsillo, Leon, Les, Linda, and Lindsay, he was one of a kind and I am a better person for knowing him. I wish that I could be there for the service but sadly I cannot. You are all in my thoughts.

As a fellow Attorney and as the City Building Inspector, I always found Nick to be a gentlemen and helpful in our dealings. I am saddened by his passing and regret I cannot attend his wake as I am away from the Schenectady area for several months. My condolences to his family.
