Nicholas Stanley Morson

My wife and I will always remember "Grandpa Nick" with fondness. We became neighbors in 1998, and Nick and Jeannine were easily our favorites. Nick always offered advice for keeping his yard looking nice, what they went through raising kids (as ours were very young at the time), and always had a good laugh. He and I would talk about which neighbor was doing what, and critique to our hearts content

Sincerest condolences to family and friends, I am just now learning of his passing through our union newsletter. I met Nick in 1985 at Fort Sutter as I embarked on my postal career as a carrier. He was a credit to the United States Postal Service with his exemplary directions and aid for the new carriers. Deepest sympathies, as I know his surely missed.

My wife and I met Nick and Jeannine when we used to live on Troy Court. Unfortunately we only had the good luck of being neighbors for a few years when we had to move, but they were the couple we loved the best in the entire neighborhood. I enjoyed talking to Nick about what was going on in the news, or the neighbors, etc. They both also loved our kids. Every once in a while we would see them out and about in Rancho Cordova. Nick will be missed dearly.
