Not sure what to say?

Nick And I were stationed together V Corps Frankfurt, Germany 53 years ago. Worked in same office. He and I traveled together to Berlin `67, on duty train thru communist e. Germany. It´s 8/21 and I just found out about his passing. Was speaking to Richard Cornejo in San Jose last night about Nick, Dave, Ron, and many more, I have pics from those days in Frankfurt. Would like to share. I was big Nick, he was kleines Nicky. So sad to hear he is gone. We were a great group of friends in the army.

We knew Nick from the Marcellus and Weedsport airports, having kids in the military ourselves we always asked how Cal wa doing. Nick was one of the nicest guys you could even know and he will be missed by all.

Nick was one of the nicest guys we knew. He serviced our vehicles for years and was always so pleasant and always smiling. Our deepest sympathy to the family. We will miss him.....Tony and Liz Madonna

Nick was the kind of person who always put a smile on our faces and seldom had a bad word to say about anything or anyone . He was a glass is half full never empty kind of guy .Who anyone who knew him could never forget his smile and sense of humor . The world is a colder place without you Nick . May our heart felt blessings be with all of his family and friends back in Syracuse .He always spoke of Caleb and Stelia with such pride you could see his chest swell , and I am sure he is looking...
