I am sorry for such a belated tribute, I have only just heard of this terrible news. Nick, during our days (and long dog watch nights) we spent on the Gowanus, we sure had some good laughs. Our many games of Rummy 500. You JEATER! Not to mention our diagnosis of Mad Tankermans Disease (and who had it). Good times my friend. I havent seen you in years, and yet this news hit me hard, and I miss you already. Fair winds and following seas bud.

Sheri, I am really sorry about you losing Nick. He loved you with all of his heart. The reason i know this is b/c he called me everyday to tell me how much you were a goddess to him. Hes looking down on you and making sure your alright.. i love you Sheri......

Mike and Roland,
I was so sorry to hear about Nick. He was the first one to cut my hair after the hippy thing in the 70s. I havn't seen him sence the Night Light, but knew him well enough to know he was a really good guy. I wish you both the best, and you're in my thoughts.

So sorry for your loss of Nick he was a man of many mysteries, but i know how much he loved his sons. My heart goes out his fiance' and his family.
