Nick was an honest human being of genuine character, a great life achiever who touched lives of many along the way who never looked at details as something of negligible importance. His absence will be felt at the next UB Trustees Meeting who are losing a very valuable asset.

My condolences to Nick's family. My mother's best friend was Nick's sister Marie, who was my Godmother when I was baptized. I saw Nick 3 years ago this past January at his sister Marie's 90th birthday in Naples FL. He was a good friend to my family. We will miss him.
