Nicholas F. "Nick" Parrell

I was so sorry to hear of Nick's passing. He always had a twinkle in his eye.I remember going to his homestead with my mom Joyce Weaver and visiting there. The service was just beautiful and very fitting for such a fine man.

Uncle Nicky and Aunt Edna--two names that have brought joy to the hearts of so many people for ours and their whole lives! I will forever, remember my Uncle Nick and the times I spent at his house when I was little. He was always smiling and laughing and was truly a wonderful man. Even though thru the years we lost contact and did not see each other I will miss him. My Dad always said, "that Nick is something else and always has a smile on his face". That smile now graces Heaven.

When I reflect back on my life and the people who have influenced it and made it special, Uncle Nick has always been on that list. The best times of my life were summers spent at grandma’s with my aunts, uncles, and cousins. Uncle Nick was always there and always made it special. Whether it was philosophizing on life with me, cooking hot dogs with family and friends and swimming in his pool, taking us for ice cream, taking us to Atlantic City to see the Supreme’s, taking us to Hershey...
