Dear Nick,
Having you as a good friend was an inspiration for me. Your friendship was truly a gift shared not only with me and my family, but with everyone you met. Over these last 20 years I was very privileged to have spent time with you, a glass or two of wine on the front porch, U of M football games, and of course your ability to recall and tell many of your exciting life stories.
