Nick remains firmly in my memory. I smile every time I think of him. He had this boy-ish, mischievous quality. He is very much missed.

Nick was always so energetic, cheerful and full of life. I couldn't help but feel the same way when I was around him. I got to know him through work, where he was always willing to share his vast knowledge. I will miss him greatly.

Indeed a man that was so much fun to be with. Not shy about sharing knowledge. Always on the move and sort of jumping rather than walking from one place to the next. I´ll miss him very much.

my favorite memories of Nic took place on a trail - on STL Property to he top of coyote peak, or in Henry COE park. nick was in his element standing amongst the brush and live oaks. on a professional level nick raised the level of everyone on the team. he challenged everyone to be their best and raise the 'bar'. nick always had a mischievous smile - why? because he was always 'scheming' something.
