Nick was a fine man, a gentleman and a friend to our family on Green Valley Road. And Nick was a war hero. He was a soldier with one of the the first units to cross the Rhine river on the still-intact Bridge of Remagen toward the end of the second World War. We will remember him with affection and offer our deepest sympathies to Pat, Nicky, and Kevin. The Brancato family.

Aunt Pat, My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sadness and loss. Uncle Nick was a great husband, father and uncle. I remember him taking me and Tom up to Jacks corner for candy on Larchwood Ave. He was always funny and always treated us so well. We loved to come out to visit you in the 'suburbs' and with dad being away so much, he really filled a void in our young lives. I wanted to be a surveyor when I was a kid--because of Uncle Nick!
Loved to see the trains set up...
