Not sure what to say?

I was completely saddened when just hearing of the news of Nick's death. I knew Nick through Villa Maria. Not too long ago, Nick stopped by to say "HI" to us at the program. As always Nick was polite, talkative and wearing his bright smile. His family is in my thoughts and prayers always..
Miss Shelly -Villa Maria

I met Nick when he was in third grade at HWES, in Mrs. Brown's class. Then in 4th grade, he joined our written language class. Whenever Nick entered the room, he always greeted us by name and quickly offered to help us by erasing the board. He was the first student to say "thank you" when given a treat. Nick was a son to be proud of. I'm privileged that I got to know him for a short time. May God bless you and give you the strength to endure this terrible loss. My prayers are with you.

I met Nicholas while he was a student at Homestead Wakefield Elementary School. His smile was contagious. His heart big. A good friend. Nick's memory will be in my heart forever. May God Bless you all and keep you strong in the days ahead. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Nick will terribly missed.

Mrs. Neugebauer and the second grade class at Halethorpe Elementary School is sorry for the loss of such a special child! Nick and his family are in our thoughts and prayers everyday. We will miss his smiling face in our hallway!

When I think of Nick I always think of a big smile which matched his sunny personality. Nick joined my third grade classroom last year and quickly made many friends. I always enjoyed hearing Nick read because his voice was so strong and clear. I am so sorry for your loss and glad that I played a small part in his life. I will keep his memory in my heart.
