Not sure what to say?

His laugh was contagious. That's the first thing I recall when I think about Nick. Secondly was his incredible gift of athleticism. From elementary school through middle school and onto high school he was one of the only people who was always himself, I think a lot of kids respected him for that most. That and he had a strong ability to bring smiles to faces that needed it, and the memories we have of him continue to do that for us.

Roger, Julie, Jason, and to all Nick's friends and family,

I had the honor of working with Nick during many of his years in Rockford Schools. He was a very talented, intelligent, and caring young man. May
he rest with God now and may all who love him be comforted by that same God.

Way to young to go! All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God wrap his arms around you all.

Nick came to our house when he was in elementary school to play with our son Justin. Over the years we've seen him here and there at different gatherings and school functions. He will be missed by so many. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you, your family and all his friends.
