Not sure what to say?

11 years,

Nick... I cannot believe another year has gone by. I miss you as if it was just yesterday. So many things have happened this year. I purchased another home in Italy. It is a farmhouse in Abruzzo not too far from Termoli and Vasto. Just another way of being closer to you. Zia is still alive and doing well. The girls are doing great. Claudia is still the same (smile). Tom is doing well and I am making sure he is ok.
I miss you very much and feel your presence every...

Was reminiscing my younger days. Thought of my friend Nick from the old days...30 years ago maybe?! and decided to look him up - only to find this heartbreaking discovery. Miss you my buddy. We were so young...Ken, my condolences for your loss. Nick was a great friend. Im sorry I didn't stay connected.

Hi Nick,

I cannot believe it has been 10 years since you departed. I feel like it has been yesterday. I wish I could tell you that it has gotten easier for me, but even after 10 years, I miss you even more and the pain is there every day.

This year, I did finally get another dog. Her name is Luna. She is a rescue and had a pretty rough 12 years of her life but she is used to the house and routine and of course....she is spoiled. Not sure what she is mixed with. She is...

Nick, the past few weeks you've been in my thoughts, and today I had a sudden urge to reach out to you. Imagine my surprise. I had no idea, not until today. I've been studying Italian for the past few months, and I got to thinking, who do I know who speaks Italian?' A smile lit up my face when I thought of you. I always regretted us not staying in touch after you moved to the desert. You were always one of my favorite people, with the same mischievous sense of humor as me, and you...

Hi Nick,
Another year has passed and I miss you like it was yesterday. A lot has happened this past year. We are in a pandemic and due to the lack of leadership from the white house....we are 200,000 people dead here in the United Staes. It started in February (or sooner - no one really knows) and at 1st Italy was hit really hard. However all of the family are doing well and safe.
Verdiana had another baby boy named Marco. I think between Davide and Marco she is done. Soli has a...

First your a wonderful person full of adventure. I always tried to copy your travel bug. Thank you for helping me purchase my first real estate investment, that I still own after 30 yrs.
Hope you are enjoying all your adventures where ever your are today.

Hi Nick,
I miss you very much. You would be surprised I am looking at property in Abruzzo and hope to purchase a retirement property within a year. I think about you every day. I love you and thank you for being in my life.

To my Nicholas,
I miss you so much. Although I know you are in a better place and you are not suffering or in pain, I wish you were still here. I hope Max and Dakota are with you and all of you are having a wonderful time.
I will always love you.
Ken

It is hard to believe another year has gone by and you are not here. I miss you and I know you are in a much better place. Take care of Max and continue to visit me in my dreams and thoughts. I love you, Ken
