Not sure what to say?

I did not know Nick or his family but want you to know you have my sympathy in your loss. We too lost a son 5 yrs ago today, he also had a form of brain cancer and loved hockey , fishing and hunting, so much like your son. I hope you are doing as well as possible and heal a bit each day.

I didn't know Nick personally, but every morning we must have arrivede at the same time and often rode the elevator up the South section together and exchanged brief greetings and "have a good day" when people got off the elevator. Nick had a good energy about him. I had wondered where he had gone...I followed his caringbridge. I am so sorry for your loss.

Lynn, Mike and family.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss of Nick. my daughter Angie's boyfriend Andrew is a good friend of Nick and he sure sounded like a great kid who made a great impact on many lives. Let's face it, there is nothing like the pain of losing a loved one but have faith that you will see him again and he is better place. you have been in my prayers and you will be in my prayers. god bless you all at this time.

I am so sorry for your loss. Nick's genuine kindness when we were in high school is something that I have never forgotten and will continue to remember forever. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time.

Mike and family ~ So sorry to hear about the tragic loss of Nick. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the family and loved ones of Nick,

I am so sorry for your loss. I was Nick's athletic trainer while he attended North.I remember his love and dedication to hockey (and many other things I am sure). The Polar family will miss him. He was a wonderful young man and I was so sad to hear of his cancer and passing. Smile when you think of him, cry when you miss him and know that someday you will be with him again. Hugs to you all.

I am really going to miss the old Christmas times we had. While everyone else talked about whatever, we always talked about hockey. R.I.P Nick.
