I'm emailing from Canada to say that I contacted Nick twenty-two years ago with questions regarding his days in baseball. Nick was kind enough to get back to me in a few days and also sent me a nice photo. I sure appreciated that.

Uncle Nick I am sure going to miss you. you were a father figure to me when i was young and taught to throw the high hard one

Carol and Nicky, Our deepest sympathy for your loss. Sorry we could not attend the funeral. Kum Jumbo had a good life. We all enjoyed hearing stories of his baseball career. May he rest in peace. We will miss him.

Rest in Peace. Blessed with a long life. God was good to him.

Dear Nicky and Carol,
As one of our cousins said yesterday, "Grandma Strince has a full house again." I know Grandma Strincevich was waiting for my wonderful Uncle Nick with open arms. Now all her children and even some of her grandchildren are together again, what a reunion it must be. Love you.

It was an honor and a pleasure taking care of Nick the past couple of years. He was a great man who had so many stories of his baseball career and always knew how to put a smile on our faces. I will never forget him. Rest In Peace "Nicky"
