Nicky Alan Brown Sr.,   age 63, of Wake Village, Texas, died Monday, February 20, 2017 in a local hospice center.



 



Mr. Brown was born November 13, 1953 in Texarkana, Arkansas. He was formerly employed with Crow Burlingame in Texarkana, Texas and a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church.



He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar “Boyd” Brown and one granddaughter, Lakin Brown.



 



He is survived by his three sons: Nicky Alan Brown , Jr. of Dallas, Texas; Shane Brown of Texarkana, Arkansas; Jason Brown of Ashdown, Arkansas; his mother: Margaret Brown of Nash, Texas; his twin sister: Nancy Luman of Texarkana, Texas; two brothers:  Kenny Brown of Texarkana, Texas; Gary Brown of Nash, Texas; the mother of his children: Connie Pritchett Brown; of Texarkana, Arkansas four grandchildren and a number of other relatives.



 



 



Funeral services will be 2:00 P. M. Wednesday at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Neathery officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.



 



Memorials may be made to Hospice of Texarkana, 2407 Galleria Oaks Drive, Texarkana, Texarkana, Texas 75503.



 



The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 P. M. to 2:00 P. M.
