Nick Craig Thomas January 14, 1953 – August 04, 2012 Memorial services for Wyoming Life Resource Center resident , Nicky Craig Thomas, age 59, will be held on Tuesday August 7th, 2012 at 11 AM at the Wyoming State Training School Chapel. Chaplin Justin Vold from the Training School will officiate. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Hudson's Funeral Home. Nicky was born in Laramie on Jan. 14, 1953 to George and Juanita Thomas. He came to live at the Wyoming State Training School when he was 8 months old. He grew up on the school grounds and attended Emerson School. The school staff says Nicky enjoyed being around others, and they enjoyed his company very much. He was always happy and friendly. In 2002 Nicky visited his family in Centennial Colorado and had a wonderful time. Nicky was a handsome, kind and loving man, with beautiful hazel eyes just like his father's. He really liked music especially from Disney movies like "Lion King". He was loved very much and his presence in the lives of his family and friends will be greatly missed. His mother always said that Nicky was her angel. Nicky was preceded in Death by his mother Juanita in 1995 and his father George in 2010. He is survived by his brother Jack Thomas and his wife Sue; his sister Jennifer Dean and her husband Carl. Also surviving are his aunts Jenny and Dorothy, nephews Austin and Kelly, and nieces Krista and Vanessa.
