Rest in peace with the Lord in heaven Master Chief Palanca. Condolences to your family. Thanks for your 30 years of dedicated service in the US Navy.

To the Palanca family,
My heartfelt condolences go out to you all on the passing of Nick. He was truly a fine man I was associated with when I was stationed in Wallops Island, Va. while in the Navy and he was with the company that was contracted with APP. Truly respected all and all for his service. He will be truly missed.

In loving memory of a wonderful favourite Uncle Papa Titoy (aka Nicolas Rafols Palanca.
