Barbara and Fred....I opened an Email this morning from Bonnie Borchardt Lund and was shocked to learn of Nic's passing.

He lived an excellent and admirable life. He never settled or became complacent with his career or desire for living a fun and meaningful life. I knew him as a fellow dental student, and never knew he was sharing these beautiful Colorado mountains with me. Shame.

Fred, I'm so very sorry to hear of your's and Barbara's loss. I never knew your son, but, from all I read and hear, he was pretty great. You all will be in my prayers.

It saddens me to hear of Nic's passing. I will cherish the memories of Nic pushing me around the wrestling mat for the rest of my years.
