I am so saddened to see this. Mrs. Browder was one of my favorite teachers at Myers Park Traditional back in the 70´s. My parents were going through a divorce at the time... and unknowingly to me at the time, she really took me under her wing. Not until my later years did I realize this. She made a difference in my life and I am certain many more along the way. Sending you blessings and peace. Beaufort, SC

What a wonderful woman; my third grade teacher, who helped all through a difficult time in our lives. Charlotte was in turmoil at the time. She helped to make sense of it all, mid 70's. You made a difference.

Nina was a wonderful friend and mentor to me both in High School and when we taught together at Myers Park Traditional Elementary. I have fond memories of beach trips and cruises we took. Nina was a very special lady.

Nina Browder was definitely "One of a Kind". She was so kind and a pleasure to be with. Courageous and Strong with a Smile that brought sunshine to a room. Never complaining and always there to listen and offer soft and real advice. Nina so loved Ken and I would be remiss if I didn't commend Ken on the love and care he gave to Nina - He deserves "Husband of the Year". Nina will be missed by many.
