Nina Hebert-Marchand

I worked under Mrs. Marchand's supervision in my early 20's at the Orleans Levee District. She was very influential, a woman of class, style, and grace. She even encouraged me to become active with her organization servicing the Lower 9th ward community. She was very business minded and savvy, and definitely has made a major impact in my development as a person. Mrs. Marchand you will be remembered forever.
