Not sure what to say?

Nina and I met many years ago when our family first moved to Ann Arbor, and I cherished our friendship and the many fun things we did together; trips Up North, canoeing on the Huron River, long walks followed by long lunches, and sitting on her porch enjoying the many birds that sought out her trees. I certainly miss your mom, Holly and Gwen, and hope you're doing well. Pat

May your wonderful mother Rest In Peace. I was very honored to care or her before my retirement, she was a very courageous and determined to remain active, her focus on quality of life was always an inspiration. Every time she had a health setback she kept returning to dancing. She will live on in many hearts.

It was a joy to share canoeing, singing, playing music, dancing, swimming, going to music and dance events, eating out and many other activities with Nina. She knew how to have community.

I enjoyed having Nina as a friend. We enjoyed many good times together at dance events over the years and much cherished laughter.

I danced many times with Nina both at the Grange and at Fall Weekend up at Camp Cavell. One beautiful moonlit evening we danced in the water at her request.

I miss dancing with Nina at the Grotto. I miss sitting on her deck in the late afternoon. We enjoyed corresponding, just for the fun of getting a letter. She was a good friend.

I was one of the fortunate people to dance with Nina over the years. Nina was the embodiment of the joy of life. Just being near her and laughing with her was a special joy.
