Ning and I at a beach in Florida

The Ambrose's Family -

It is very difficult for me to express how wonderful Ning was. She was a loving wife, mother, aunt, and friend for all of us. One memory I will always cherish was my trip to a beach in Florida. We shared many of life's moments and stories. My husband and children remember visiting Mike and Ning to watch Sunday football games. You are always in my thoughts.

Ambrose Family -

My thoughts are with you - I have plenty of great memories of my early years in Coral Springs with the boys and Mrs. Ambrose.

Our families prayers go out to Mike and his family. Ning was such a beautiful lady and great friend to us all. There were many good times and could she ever make wonderful won-tons !!!!!

Dear Mike, Michael, Philip, Sharif and families,

We are all very saddened to learn of Ning's death. She and her "boys" were bright spots in our early Florida days. She was a good friend to my mom. I still have a simple jade ring band that she gave me when I was a teenager, more than 35 years ago.

Our deepest condolences to you and yours,

Candi Keane and mom Mary Keane

Our sympathy and prayers are sent to the family. We so enjoyed knowing Ning and "hanging out" with her during our years in Miami. We have thought of her and the family through the years and will miss her greatly. With our utmost sympathy to all. She truly was a wonderful person and a GREAT cook!

She has shown me the true meaning of the word "Mom" - A mother and a lady with enthusiasm, and she accomplished life with love and purpose. She will always be my treasure of life. She once said that,"If we strive to become better than who or what we are, everything around us becomes better, too."

It is true that we should never put off meeting up with old friends again. I missed the chance to give her a hug after 40 years absence, but was fortunate to be able to track her down ,write to her, receive notes and photos from her and feel that wonderful friendship again after so many years. You are all in my thoughts, and I hope someday to meet you again, Michael-and your sons and their families....all of whom have a bit of Ning in them.

My childhood memories on the block, are filled with Mrs. Ambrose and her family. Ning was such a great lady in so many ways.

Ning's warmth, kindness, love and generosity touched everyone who knew her. She was constantly thinking of others...We will carry her memories with us and will make sure our children know how wonderful their Eyang was.
