Not sure what to say?

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

I am so sorry. Not too sure if you remember me at all but I grew up with nick and Donovan. We used to live right down the street from each other. Unfortunately I know it's way late in the year but I don't live in Lucas County anymore and I literally just seen his obituary. He was awesome and I know he's missed.

I just heard of Nic´s passing and I am so very sorry! I referred many consumers to him! His knowledge and compassion for the disabled was well known! He did many speaking engagements for me and was always able to explain things so clearly! He taught me a lot and was always so willing to help! I am so sad that the disability community lost a great resource and I lost a friend! Blessings to his family! You will be missed, Nic!

My family has known Nic since the 90s when he began his law practice. My Dad met Nic first and trusted him as his attorney and friend. That relationship with Nic continued to grow with many members of our family. We pray that Nic is in heaven and your family is at peace. Wishing you all many wonderful memories of a great man.

Dear Tara and family, We are sorry for your loss and grateful that we got to spend time with your family over the years. Mr. Thakur was always kind, jovial and a delight to have around. I feel like I can conjure up an image of him laughing so easily. We are grateful for all the work he did for us legally as well! We are sending lots of light and love your way during this very difficult time

So very sorry to hear of Niks passing. Prayers for his family.mike and So very sorry to hear of Nik´s passing love and prayers to all of his family. Mike and Cheri Schramm

So sorry to learn of Nick's passing. He was a valued source of information for the disability community. Such caring & helpful man. May his memory be eternal.

Greetings at this time of loss. I had the great good fortune to know Nic when we were both seniors at Bowsher High School taking the AP English course. Brillant, kind, humble and - oh my goodness - funny! Even though it's been 46 years since I last saw him, he was the kind of man that left a strong positive impression. As you bear up under the challenge that is grief, I hope the knowledge of the sizable dent Nic made in the universe provides some level of comfort, however small. Peace.

So many wonderful memories! Meeting you both at Dave and Deb Bates. Then having the working relationship with Nic through his very specialized knowledge of " special needs trusts" and I working at Key private bank. The special events I had to attend were always so much fun when I took you two! Like the Valentine theatre and Manhattans to name a few favorites!
