I worked with Nita in the North Ridgeville Schools. One thing she did was added to my life skills forever! If something needed to be done, if possible, get it done right then and there. Nita showed me that putting things off until later was just wasting time.
Seems trivial, but I have always remembered her ability to be ahead of every job. It seems that more important things like attending to the children was given more time and attention.
