Sgt Noble Kiest made a difference in my life. I was one of those youth Explorers and cherished the time he spent with us. I went on to pursue a career in the US Army as a Military Policeman. I will never forget the difference Sgt Kiest made in my life.

I remember Noble Keist as a great resource for all criminal activity . He helped many an officer on the right way to do the job. He was a great human being and will be greatly missed. My best to his wife Kim and family.

I had the pleasure of working with Noble when I was secretary for WSATI. A great individual and he'll be missed.

Noble Keist was one of the very good guys. A fine officer of the law, a dedicated public servant, and a gentleman. I would attend his remembrance if I were at home in Portland. Don Clark, former sheriff.

So very sorry to hear of Noble's passing. I got to know him through WSATI and he was always so great at sharing his knowledge and expertise about auto theft investigation and vehicles. He was just an all-around good guy and I know he will be greatly missed.

My sympathy to Noble's family at this time of loss. My late husband, Del Williams, grew up with Noble in Richland, OR. I think they might have been in the same class. I saw Noble's obit in the Hells Canyon Journal.

Noble was a fine Deputy and was always willing and able to take on any assignment given to him.
I enjoyed working with him through the many years we served with MCSO. My condolences to his family.
