Shocked to hear the news of the passing of one of the sweetest men I've ever met. Noel would come to do work in my building on Reservoir Ave and always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say. My thoughts and prayers go out to his beautiful family. He will be dearly missed, but never forgotten!
