I was sorry to here of the passing of Noel. My husband and I worked with Noel on a local nonprofit fundraiser. Noel was dedicated and hardworking. He will be missed, Thinking of Rita at this difficult time. Patty Hoff

Noel was a compassionate individual, always willing to help others and his work in the non profit sector made an impact on many lives over the years. I´m heartbroken over the loss of my dear friend, Noel. We met 18 years ago and instantly connected over a quiet joke in a work meeting-one only we understood. That moment sparked a friendship full of laughter, fun, and deep respect. Noel loved Rita and his family fiercely. He never missed a chance to share stories about his kids and grandkids-always with such pride in his voice. He was one of the good ones. Mark and I deeply miss him. Our deepest sympathy to Rita and family.
