I met Noel 33 yrs ago when I started my career with the City of Pickering. He was a wonderful man, who did a lot for the City. He joined us at one of our last Retirees Breakfasts - was so very nice to see him. A life well lived. Condolences to his family, and may he Rest In Peace

Our family has known Noel for many years. We were generously invited up to his cottage numerous times to visit with Hugh and Sarah's family. (And Nancy's too!) While we we there, Noel always made us feel welcome at his place. He loved to chat with us and was genuinely interested in what we were doing back home. Mr Marshall was a kind and patient to us as kids,, he valiantly taught me how to water ski , a master in patience ( it took 100 tries!) . I thank him for that . I remember him in 1974 getting pulled by the speedboat sitting on a lawn chair perched on a homemade wooden surf disc . With style!
