Read MoreOnly just learned this news - I remember Noel from the weekly drawing group I posed for in the late 80s and early 90s on Prince street. They were all architects, but Noel had lately retired and was taking up drawing and painting more seriously. He was a lovely man, funny and wise - and very talented.
