I am a Schoolfield HS person who has known Pete thoughout my years living in Schoolfield at one time during my school days and in 1952 some of us from Schoolfield had to finish up our High School requirements at the George Washington High School requirements.

However, I continued attending the Schoolfield High School Reunions when I could.

Knowing Pete among our group...

Mr. Yeaman was a wonderful customer of mine when I worked at First VA Bank, my prayers go to everyone in the family.

To the Yeaman Family,

I was so very sorry to hear of Mr. Yeaman's passing. He was one of my FAVORITE customers at the City Treasurer's Office. He would come in to purchase dog tags for his beloved hunting dogs and I always enjoyed waiting on him so much! Just wanted you to know that others know what a ray of sunshine he was and will miss him dearly! Sending my deepest sympathies.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

I am shocked and saddened. Pete was one of the "Ferry Road " boys. We grew up in that neighborhood , went to Schoolfield High and played football together. He was the one that all the other guys looked up to. My prayers are with all the family. . May God Bless. Fred Clifton

Yeaman Family,
We are so sorry for you loss. We enjoyed Pete on his many hunting trips to Appomattox. What a wonderful man he was. May God wrap you all in his loving arms and give you the strength to get through the difficult days ahead. God Bless you all.

Bob, I'm very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Pete was a very good person and I considered him a friend of mine. Jo Ann and I will keep you and your family in our prayers. You know he is in a better place. David & Jo Ann Leonard

So very sorry for your familiy's loss. Pete was my very first insurance agent years ago and was always a pleasure to see him. He was a wonderful person.
