Noelle Blackwell

I met Noelle once at her mother's home, Gloria. Noelle greeted me with hello and a big smile. She was a very friendly and respectful young lady. I know she will be greatly missed by family and friends. Hold on to those memories and that beautiful smile of hers, she's there with you in spirit. My sincere and heartfelt sympathy to her mother Gloria, family and friends. Keeping you all in my prayers.

Noelle has been a part of family since the age of 15. She and my daughter were the Best of Friends and we’re devastated over this loss. I would like to offer my sincere prayers and condolences to her family she will be missed tremendously.
