Waters Funeral Home - Concord Obituary

Noelle Cooper “Chee-Chee”, age 87 passed away on December 10, 2025 at the Birches of Concord.

Born December 28, 1937, in Jersey City, NJ daughter of the late Beverly (Robinson) and Frank Inzinna.  Noelle grew up in Fairview, NJ and Edgewater, NJ.  She met her soon-to-be husband Samuel Cooper in 1948 and was married for 68 years.

She cherished her family near and far.  She lived in her home in Bow, NH from 1969-2023. Chee Chee often spoke of her childhood summers being spent with her family, playing outside with her brother “Frankie” at their family’s home in the NY Catskill Mountains. She loved spending time on the Hudson River and told us fun stories of NYC.

Noelle loved her home.  She made it beautiful inside and outside. She spent many hours, days, years planting flower gardens and being creative, decorating and cooking. So many memories, so many gatherings.  Chee Chee would always make sure you took home a “care package” plastic bag with two knots. Ha, ha (her love language)

Noelle is survived by her brother, Frank Inzinna and his wife DJ; daughter; Cyndi Kelso and her husband Billy. Daughter; Sherrie Cooper. Sam Cooper III and Bill Kelso.  Three great grandchildren, Sam Cooper IV, Sadie Cooper and Macey Cooper.  Several nieces and nephews, Debbie Bridges, and special nephew, Dick Young.

Burial and celebration will take place at Evan’s Cemetery in Bow in April 2026.

The family would like to pay special thanks to Bayada Hospice (true angels), the Birches of Concord, and the Granite Ledges, Thank you.

The Waters Funeral Home has the honor of assisting the family with the arrangements.
