Read MoreI knew Mrs. Noemi Rodrigues for a long time. I went to the same church for many years, until I left. I last saw Mrs. Noemi at Abraham Marsach funeral. See looked frail, but it was nice seeing her. I know she is having a ball with all those that have Preceded us, especially with my mom. They were good friends. She will be missed.
