Dear Joan, Paul, John, Fran, Ann,

We will always remember Nola & Harry - our remarkable meeting on July 12 1954 those early days (as young married couples) their moving to Windsor and sharing the years when our families were growing up. The kids even learned to swim together! Nola was an inspiration to us -- she was optimistic, conquered obstacles, and knew “how to be a Mom!” Wish we could be there with you all on the 23th -- We can never forget how much she added to our lives....

Nolas obituary notice is just like her...short and to the point. Nola was the kind of person who had time for others and never wanted any attention herself. What started out for Dad and Harry as just coworkers at SNET expanded out to include all the Bannons and Bradys. And so many wonderful memories. I will especially cherish the visits that Sue and I had with Nola over the last couple of years. As always, all she wanted to do was talk about all the updates with the Bannons and...
