Mrs. Fowler was born on February 12, 1926 and passed away on Friday, January 15, 2016. Mrs. Fowler was a resident of Cedar Bluff, Alabama at the time of her passing. Graveside and interment services for Mrs. Fowler will be held at 2:30 P.M. Sunday January 17 2016 from the Summerville Cemetery with Rev. Chuck Romaine officiating.
