Just recently became aware of Mr. Allen's passing, my condolences to his family. Mr. Allen's contributions and support with the Boy Scouts of America in Kentucky was an example of others to follow and it was an honor to have had the opportunity to work with him on multiple projects for Scouting.

It is with respect and gratitude that I offer my condolences on behalf of the Board of Directors of Kentuckiana Children's Center. It was my honor to serve with Mr. Allen. He was a leader and mentor for many of us and his committment to the welfare of children an inspiration.
