Not sure what to say?

i was a secretary at first christian church for a few years and that is how i know of nona. i was so sorry to hear of nonas passing. my heart goes out to the family.

Nona was a true blessing to know. Our lives are richer because she was our friend and sister in the Lord. She was goal-oriented yet so down-to-earth. She had a unique voice that resonated like no other. Her talent was truly God-given. She was an encourager and a warm, loving friend. Nona was a shining example to all. She loved people, but most of all she loved the Lord and served him joyfully. We will miss her lovely voice and personality, her love and her warmth. Heaven shines a little...

I have loved Nona ever since the first time I ever spent time alone with her. She was smart, funny, and beautiful. Quite frankly I thought she was amazing. She was nice to everyone that she met. It was almost impossible for her to be rude . I looked up to her more than anybody because she epitomized a good person. Everytime that she told me she loved me it uplifted me to a plateau that i could not achieve otherwise. Her love kept me going in hard times. Her words always comforted me...

Carol and family,
I want to express my deepest sympathy to you for the loss of a lovely daughter. I will never forget the times she spent with our family when we lived in Dover. She was precious then and will live on in our hearts as the precious person she was.

I knew Nona from high school. We were in plays and classes together. Sometimes Nona would eat lunch with us and I would sing this Bowling for Soup song that is about a girl named Nona. It was always funny cause I cant sing at all. I will miss her and all the fun times we had together during the plays we did in high school. Its just really hard to accept all that has happened. I know that Nona is in heaven now and she can look after us and she will never be forgotten.

To the Dirksmeyer family,
I didn't know Nona all that well. I went to school with her and met her through Kevin who I went to church with. What I do know is she was one of the kindest sweetest most talented beautiful girl I ever had to pleasure of meeting. She will be very sorely missed. My heart, thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. God bless.

I first met Nona at the 2004 Miss White River pageant. She was one of the first girls I met in the parking lot. She was a sweet, caring, thoughtful, sincere, and beautiful individual. She was also very talented. I couldn't believe her angelic voice the first time I heard her sing. It's great to hear how many lives she touched in her short time here. My deepest sympathies go out to her family and friends.

I first met Nona a couple of years ago at the Miss Petit Jean Valley pageant. I remember the first time I heard her sing. She stopped me in my tracks and gave me chills. We remained friends over the years, and I was lucky enough to room with Nona at the Miss Arkansas pageant. She was the sweetest, kindest, and most talented person! I will miss her terribly. She made more of a difference in her short lifetime than most people do in 100 years! My prayers are with your family. I'll miss you.

You were a beautiful young lady full of live and I know you will be the new Miss Heaven of Earth in you new home.
