I did not find out about Jackie until today when I received my Winthrop magazine. Jackie and I went to Winthrop together and were both Sociology majors. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding and we had some fun times at Winthrop. Regretfully, after college I lost touch. When I opened a Facebook account I did try to find Jackie but was unsuccessful. Even though I have not seen her for over 40 years hearing of her death really makes me very sad and sorry that I did not try harder to contact her. ...
