Not sure what to say?

We're so sorry for your sudden loss. She was our neighbor for such a short time. She always had a smile on her face.

Grandma, I always remember you having pastries and food available each time I visit your house. You and grandpa would take me places, even if just for a casual drive. Even though I did not live near you throughout my childhood, I recall a summer spent with you and grandpa which I am glad to have had. Thanks being my grandma and I am happy you are an angel in heaven with God and Jesus now.
Love you,
Jason
