Not sure what to say?

I had the great pleasure of knowing Nora for over 25 years and, though I didn't see her frequently, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment I did spend with her. I met Nora when I was sent as a fundraiser to solicit her support for Corporate Accountability International and found her to be one of those people who welcome me like a dear friend from our first meeting. Later, when I founded Sustainable Harvest International, she became one of our first supporters and traveled with her husband and...

I was a fledgling journalist when I met Nora in the early 1980s through the New Hampshire Press Women. I immediately aspired to be like her -- full of humor, insights, wisdom, strength and kindness. Though our paths diverged when the NH Press Women disbanded (we thought our battle for equality was over -- little did we know), I have thought of her many times over the years. Her involvement in PFLAG especially made an impact. Condolences to all who knew and loved her (and that would be...

I'm so sorry for your loss. Nora was such a sweet, special lady. She had a great sense of humor and was such a kind and fun person to be around. She loved her boys and their families so much, and it was evident that she was dearly loved by her family. She will be missed, but her memory will live on.

May the wonderful memories you share with your loved one comfort you and your family today and always.

My deepest sympathies to Nora's family and many friends. I met Nora and John in the late 1980s and found their caring, loving, and effective work with the Stratham PFLAG group to be inspiring and heartwarming. LGBTQ youth today still benefit from the work they did, laying the groundwork for LGBTQ youth support groups and the development of inclusive health education programs throughout the state. Whenever I despair about the state of things, I can recall people like Nora and be reminded that...

My sympathies go out to Nora's family for their loss of a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I am sure she will be greatly missed. I met her briefly a few times many years ago through her beloved husband. Now they will be together again!ALAA

May the God of all comfort strengthen the family of Nora M. Tuthill during this time of deep sorrow. Those who pass on God keeps in his memory because they are precious in his eyes. My sincerest condolences. Psalm 116:15
