Not sure what to say?

Can´t pass by this day without a flood of memories from this man! So glad I knew you and was able to work with & around you for so many years. RIP till we meet again.

I loved him! He quickly diagnosed my testicular cancer in May 1972. The operations following under his direction were swift. I am a classical guitarist and Bert was an aficionado of the Classical Guitar. We became friends through this prior to my diagnosis. Bert was one amazing, brilliant, kind, gracious and loving human being!

My most sincere condolences to the family and loved ones of Dr. Dugan. I became a patient of Dr. Dugan's after I broke my neck in 1982. He was my urologist while I was rehabbing at Good Samaritan. I remember his kindness and sensitivity with helping me manage a new and complicated part of my life. I continued to see him as a patient while I lived in Arizona and before I moved out of state for school. He was a very kind man. My condolences to you all.

My sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Dugan. It is evident he had a meaningful life and made a huge impact on the lives of others. May your warm memories and cherished moments help console your saddened hearts. We also have the reassurance that God will give us the needed comfort, for He "binds up the brokenhearted," Isaiah 61:1.

I worked with Dr Dugan at Good Sam in the SCI unit. His dedication and humor left me with a lasting impression. He will be greatly missed and I was blessed to have a opportunity to work with him.

My sincere condolences to your family for your tremendous. The world is such a greater place for all the lives Dr. Dugan helped and touched with his genuine kind heart. I'm honored to have worked with him.

To Dr Dugan's family and friends...So sorry for your loss. He was a great Doctor that I worked with for years. I'm sorry I lost touch of him but am so glad I knew him. I'm sure he'll be greatly missed. My condolences.... Susan Ward
