Norbert Frank Sylor

Norm has been a fixture in my life since Junior High at Camp Asbury, at Annual Conference, and in the Olean/Mountainview District, where I first served as a pastor. While my wife, the Rev. Dr. Cathy Hall Stengel was District Superintendent, Norb was constantly caring for her, and the needs of her housing and office. He has been a great friend. I'm sure he has heard the words: "Well done, good and faithful servant."
