Just a note to Norine's family that my prayers and thoughts are with you. I recall happy days & visits at the cottage up north with Bernard & Norine years ago. I remember their sense of humor and love for their family. Her dad, Gus, and my grandfather, Ted, were brothers and hunters...and Bernard was with them...for deer up north and pheasants on our farm in Ripon.

From time to time I check the obituaries in the Green Bay Press. I was truly saddend to see Aunt Norine's obituary. She passed away on my father's birthday, April 12. I suspect, they had a laugh about that together!

I know that your mother had many years of good living. I treasure the time she spent with me, teaching me about my family heritage. I wish that I could attend her funeral and know that if it was possible, I would be there. When you have...
